我國(guo)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展已(yi)經取得新突(tu)破,但(dan)目(mu)前分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展還存(cun)在運(yun)營(ying)市場化水平不(bu)高、能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用效率偏(pian)低、國(guo)產(chan)化水平落后等問題(ti)。由分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)所發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)力成本比利(li)用常(chang)規煤(mei)電(dian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)成本要高,很多企業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)依(yi)賴于政策補(bu)貼(tie),發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)補(bu)貼(tie)價格的(de)(de)(de)(de)變動對產(chan)業(ye)(ye)沖擊很大,分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)尚未建(jian)立(li)起完善(shan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)商業(ye)(ye)化盈利(li)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)運(yun)營(ying)模式(shi)。分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理論效率可(ke)達到95%以上,但(dan)設(she)計施(shi)工、能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用、運(yun)營(ying)管理等環(huan)節(jie)導(dao)致部分(fen)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)站綜合能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用效率偏(pian)低,經濟性能(neng)(neng)差,影響了分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)推廣利(li)用。目(mu)前分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)設(she)備,如中小型燃氣輪(lun)機、燃氣發(fa)(fa)(fa)動機,多是國(guo)外品牌(pai),價格昂貴。國(guo)內自(zi)主研發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)備技(ji)術水平較低,可(ke)靠性差,導(dao)致分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)技(ji)術經濟性水平不(bu)高。

5 對策建議

目前我(wo)國的(de)(de)能源互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)產(chan)業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)尚處于起步階(jie)段,但(dan)是在宏觀政策的(de)(de)支持下發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)迅速。建議:加(jia)強產(chan)業(ye)頂(ding)層設計(ji),以(yi)規劃促發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),打(da)造(zao)能源互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)龍頭企業(ye),引領產(chan)業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)壯(zhuang)大(da);重視商業(ye)模式的(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)突(tu)破(po),加(jia)快(kuai)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)技術(shu)和能源技術(shu)的(de)(de)融(rong)(rong)合互(hu)促,提升互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)對能源行業(ye)的(de)(de)賦能成效,夯實能源對經濟(ji)社會發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)基礎性支撐作用;加(jia)速突(tu)破(po)關鍵(jian)技術(shu)瓶(ping)頸,加(jia)大(da)對智能傳(chuan)感(gan)器、信息物理系統、智能配(pei)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)等(deng)關鍵(jian)設備和新(xin)(xin)材(cai)料的(de)(de)研發(fa)(fa),融(rong)(rong)合多元能源,建設供需互(hu)動的(de)(de)能源互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)。
